Cancellation Policy
Heavenly Messages LLC strictly prohibits medical-related questions. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by legal adult. Appointments may be rescheduled at any time by the client up to one time by the client no less than 24 hours before appointment begins. Payments are non-refundable once processed or services are scheduled. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session. All sessions are conducted via Zoom to allow recording and delivery of your session afterward. All services are for entertainment purposes only.
