Cancellation Policy
Heavenly Messages LLC strictly prohibits medical-related questions. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by legal adult. Appointments may be rescheduled at any time. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment - or less than 7 days before an online course - will be charged the full service fee. This includes no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or late arrivals. All services are for entertainment purposes only.
